Fall Zumba - Session 1

For ages 13 and over. Zumba is a combination fitness program and dance party. This low impact cardio workout burns calories, tones bodies and is great for all ability levels. The program will combine Latin dance rhythms with the principles of interval training, body sculpting movements, dance and kick boxing. Registration deadline is September 12.
