Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustments on Monday, October 8, 2018, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The board will consider the following petitions:
- Prompt Service, LLC, d/b/a Hanley Office Suites – 10 foot Variance of the Requirement for a 10 Foot Planting Area Separating the Parking Lot from the Abutting Property to Permit No Planting Area Along the Northern Property Line at7004 North Hanley Road.
- Y&Y Grill, d/b/a Miami Grill – 10 Foot Variance of the Requirement for a 10 Foot Planting Area Separating the Parking Lot from the Abutting Property to Permit No Planting Area Along the Southern Property Line at 7008 North Hanley Road.
