David Tuberty, Finance Director
The Finance Department is a four-person department headed by Finance Director David Tuberty, CPA. The department is responsible for processing monthly financial statements and a Comprehensive Annual Report, establishing and implementing control procedures, investing funds, bi-weekly payrolls, monitoring payroll procedures, processing accounts payable, annual business licenses, and coordinating annual budget preparation. The Finance Department has received the GFOA’s prestigious Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting every year since fiscal year 1997-98.
In addition, the Finance department provides pet tags and pet releases.
