FINANCE DIRECTOR

The City of Hazelwood is seeking candidates for the Finance Director position.  The Finance Director is an administrative exempt position.  The purpose of this position is to supervise and perform financial accounting, record keeping and reporting, establish accounting systems and policies for treasury, taxation, budgeting and fiscal control, develop and maintain financial analyses, participate in the provision of effective strategic, financial and human resources planning.  Applicants shall have a Bachelor’s degree in  Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or similar field.  Master’s degree in related field, CPA or CPFO preferred.  St. Louis County experience strongly preferred.  The employee will exercise considerable independence, initiative, professional skill and judgment.  The work is performed under the direction of the City Manager.

POLICE OFFICER
