Employment Policy

Recreation Supervisor – Aquatics

The City of Hazelwood has an opportunity for a full time Recreation Supervisor –Aquatics. The purpose of this position is to schedule, staff, supervise, train, manage and maintain the aquatic facility. To plan, develop and implement a variety of recreation activities and events for aquatic operations and general recreation programming.  This job requires graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in Parks/ Recreation Management or related field, two years recreation and aquatics programming, supervision experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.  A valid driver’s license required, CPO, lifeguard instructor’s license, CPR and First Aid training preferred. Starting salary $45,231.
