DRUG SCREENING PROGRAM FOR APPLICANTS
To apply for a position with the City Of Hazelwood, you will need to complete an Application and the Criminal and License Check Information. Return completed forms to the City Of Hazelwood, 415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63142. If you have a current resume that you would like to submit with the application, you are more then welcome to do so. The resume will not take the place of the application. Please be sure to specify which position you are applying for on application. Applications are collected until the close date of the position, then the supervisor reviews them, and interviews are set.
All new hires are required to take a drug test. Applicants who test positive will not be hired. Some positions require a physical and psychological testing. Testing is performed by physicians of our choice and at the City's expense. All results from pre-employment testing are kept in a separate confidential file.
