The enrollment process involves making an appointment to have a paramedic from the Hazelwood Fire Department come to your home to discuss your STARS needs. This paramedic will go through the STARS form with you and answer any questions you may have about our services. At this time, if your STARS candidate has any anxiety about the ambulance, he or she can tour it and see all the equipment.
