St. Louis County Planning Dept's Lead Hazard Remediation Program
The Office of Community Development for the St. Louis County Planning Dept. has received funds for Lead Hazard Remediation for homeowners that live in houses built before 1978. It is a 5-year "Forgivable Loan," meaning if the homeowner remains at the same residence for five years, the loan is forgiven and no money is owed.

Hazelwood Offers Tree-Planting and Commemorative Tree Program
Now that spring is in full bloom and the weather is getting warmer, the city of Hazelwood is encouraging residents to participate in a community-wide effort to beautify their neighborhoods by planting a tree in their yard and doing some landscaping around their homes with flowers and shrubbery.\

Recycling Information
