The tragic death of well-known actress Natasha Richardson brings the issue of wearing safety helmets to the forefront of public discussion. To help prevent local residents from sustaining a head injury while riding a bicycle, the Hazelwood Fire Department is offering safety helmets in three different sizes for a bargain price of $8.
