Splash into summer at the City of Hazelwood’s White Birch Bay Aquatic Center when it opens for the season on Sat., May 25, from 12 Noon to 6 pm. Enjoy the diving boards at the competitive pool, go down the lightning fast water slides, float on the lazy river, bounce off the bubble slide, or get drenched by the giant bucket of water.
Daily operating hours for the facility will be 12 Noon to 6 pm. However, while Hazelwood schools are in session, the Aquatic Center will just be open on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Plus, the facility will close early at 5 pm on days when Hazelwood hosts a swim meet. In addition, the Aquatic Center closes for the season on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2, at 5 pm.
To enable residents to get more bang for the bucks they spend on summer entertainment, the City of Hazelwood will keep the prices for daily admission and season passes the same as last year.
