The 2010-2011 CAFR prepared by Hazelwood’s Finance Department has been judged by an impartial panel to meet the high standards of the program, including the demonstration of a constructive “spirit of full disclosure” that clearly communicates the City’s financial story and motivates potential users and user groups to read it. “Most of the credit for this impressive track record of success goes to my predecessor, Donnie Burns, and the Finance staff,” said Lori Helle, Director of Finance. “I feel fortunate to be able to carry on this tradition of excellence with a top notch Finance staff that does most of the number crunching and budget transactions with amazing accuracy.”
