Kline Pool operates daily beginning the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 1:00-7:00p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 12:00 Noon -7:00p.m.

Adult swim ONLY Monday - Friday 12:00 Noon - 1:00p.m.
Rental time is now 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

The pool will be open on weekends only when Hazelwood Schools are in session.

For the swimming pool to open, the temperature must be 72 degrees before 3:00p.m.

After 5:00p.m., the pools will close if the temperature drops below 72 degrees.

A Hazelwood Resident card is required for admission into Kline Pool. Each resident may have one guest accompany them to the pool.

CAN I RENT THE SWIMMING POOL?

Residents ONLY, age 21 and older, may rent Kline Memorial Pool for parties up to 150 people. Larger gatherings are subject to approval by the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation. The maximum capacity for Kline Pool is 200 people.

Reservations are accepted beginning April 1st of each year.

Rental agreements must be made in person at either Recreation Office. A current resident card is required.

A damage deposit is required to reserve the swimming pool. All rental fees must be paid 14 days prior to the rental date. Rental fees include pool usage and required staff based on the anticipated number of attendees.

Kline Pool rental hours are Sunday through Saturday, from 7:00-9:00p.m. during the regular swimming pool season. An additional hour is allowed on Friday an Saturday night upon approval of the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.

Food and drink may be brought into the swimming pool, but must be kept in the concession area. NO GLASS, ALCOHOL, OR SMOKING ALLOWED.

No electricity is available.

NOT-FOR-PROFIT USE

The pool usage fees may be waived for Not-for-Profit groups meeting the following criteria:

• A rental agreement is completed and signed by the organization's representative.
• A copy of official documentation showing Not-for-Profit status is provided.
• A copy of the organization's roster with 51% Hazelwood residents is provided.
• The damage deposit, manager fees and guard fees are paid. Pool usage fees ONLY are waived.

POOL RENTAL CANCELLATIONS

A pool reservation must be cancelled at least one week prior to the rental date to receive a refund of all fees paid.

In the event of inclement weather, the renter may request cancellation or transfer of the rental to another date, based on availability.

If inclement weather occurs during the rental, the pool manager has the authority to cancel or reschedule the rental. A full refund will be granted if the cancellation occurs prior to the start time. If a rental is canceled by the supervisor after the start time with no reschedule date, a prorated hourly refund will be given.

Time spent waiting for inclement weather to pass, in order to continue with a rental, is considered rented time and will be billed accordingly.
