Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, November 8, 2021, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by Lindbergh Property Holdings, LLC for a two-foot variance of the six-foot maximum height regulation for privacy fences to permit an eight-foot privacy fence at 6235-6245 North Lindbergh Boulevard.
All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard. The City of Hazelwood complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI requirements.
