Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, August 14, 2023 during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by Carlos Mimms for a variance of 92.2 square feet where structures shall not exceed half of the floor area of the principle structure, and a variance of 2.75 feet where accessory structures shall not exceed that of the principle structure at 245 Becker Drive.
All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard. The City of Hazelwood complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI requirements.
