Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- ARV2, LLC d/b/a Apache Village RV Center - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit Expansion for a Vehicle, Truck Storage/Sales at 9063 Dunn Road
- Si Senor, LLC d/b/a Si Senor Mexican Restaurant – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Restaurant at 7401 North Lindbergh Boulevard
- Akshar7 Hospitality, LLC d/b/a Motel 6 – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Hotel at 5781 Campus Court
- New York Grill 5, LLC d/b/a New York Grill – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Restaurant at 7441 North Lindbergh Boulevard
