Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, March 11, 2024, during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by Enterprise Leasing Company of STL, LLC has applied for the following:
- A 28-feet variance of the required 30-feet front yard setback to permit a fence at 623 Dunn Road
- A 20-feet variance of the required 30-feet front yard setback to permit a solid waste enclosure at 623 Dunn Road
- A variance of the requirement that solid waste containers and enclosures shall be located at the rear of the rear building lines at 623 Dunn Road
- A variance of the maximum projection a canopy may overhang beyond the building line of the northeastern front property line from 10-feet to 16-feet at 623 Dunn Road
- A five (5) feet variance of the required 30-feet front yard building line setback to build a Customer Center at 623 Dunn Road
- A seven (7) feet variance of the required 30-feet front yard building line setback to build a car wash facility at 623 Dunn Road
