Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- Community America Credit Union – 5952 Howdershell Road:
- A 28 Foot Variance of the 30 Foot Setback Requirement to Permit a Pylon Sign [Code Section 510.080 A(6)(b)
- Maxi Beauty Supply, Inc. – 7525 North Lindbergh Boulevard:
- A 129 Square Foot Variance to Permit Window Signage that Exceeds the Maximum Allowable Coverage (30%) from 760 Square Feet to 357 Square Feet 510.080 A(7)(C)(1)
