Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider a petition from Concrete Strategies, LLC for the following sign variances at 5790 Campus Parkway:
- A 12 Foot Variance of the Eight-Foot Maximum Height Regulation for a 20-Foot-High Monument Sign
- A 580 Square Foot Variance of the 20 Square Foot Maximum Size Regulation for a 600 Square Foot Monument Sign
- A 4½ Foot Variance of the 3½ Foot Maximum Height Above Grade for an 8 Foot Above Grade Directional Sign
- A 32½ Square Foot Variance of the 2 Square Foot Maximum Size for a 34½ Square Foot in Size Directional Sign
