The Hazelwood Fire Department is accepting applications to establish a hiring list for position of Firefighter/Paramedic.
APPLICATION DEADLINE - FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2020 AT 4:30 P.M.
Requirements to Apply:
- Must be a graduate of the St. Louis County Fire Academy
- Possess Firefighter I & II Certified by St. Louis County Fire Standards Commission
- Paramedic certified by the state of Missouri
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Age 21 or over
- Possess a valid motor operations license
- ACLS, PALS and PHTLS or ITLS
- Current CPAT preferred
The application packet is available online or at the Hazelwood Fire Department Station 2, 6800 Howdershell Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042 (Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm).
Applications must be submitted with copies of certificates, licenses and should be delivered to the office of the Fire Chief at 6800 Howdershell Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042 or email lmschwan@hazelwoodmo.org.
