Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, October 11, 2021, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the following petitions by Lindbergh Property Holdings, LLC:
- A 35-Foot Variance to Permit a Zero Foot Green Area, Free of Construction, From the West Side Property Line, Where a 35-Foot Green Area is Required
- A 0.3 Acre Variance of the Three Acre Minimum Lot Size Requirement for Used Vehicle Sales at 6235-6245 North Lindbergh Boulevard
