Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- MHC 163 (Hazelwood MO), LLC – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit Expansion for Storage Facility at 7220 North Lindbergh Boulevard
- Dipti and V, LLC – Petition for Subdivision Plat to Divide One Lot into Three Lots at 5995, 6025 and 6045 Howdershell Road
