Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, June 9, 2025, during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider Seals Enterprises, Inc.'s petition for a variance of the front yard setback from the required 30 feet to 27 feet for a six-foot-high wooden shadow box privacy fence at 4913 North Rose Blossom.
