Facilities

House 2 is located at 6800 Howdershell Road and was built in June 1981. This firehouse serves as the Department's administrative offices, training center, and fire prevention bureau. In addition to the administrative team, the firehouse is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week by eight full-time personnel.

Responding from House 2 are Firetruck 4122, Ambulance 4127, Technical Rescue Truck 4189, and Command Vehicle 4102.

• Firetruck 4122 is a 2023 Pierce Velocity 75-foot ladder truck
• Ambulance 4127 is a 2021 Ford F-550
• Command Vehicle 4102 is utilized by the on-duty Battalion Chief, who is responsible for initiating command at any emergency situation
• Technical Rescue Truck 4189 is stocked with specialized rope rescue equipment and accessories for advanced technical rescue operations
